Kathy Wolfe Moore grew up in the St. Peter Neighborhood of Kansas City and is a lifelong resident of Wyandotte County. Today, Rep. Wolfe Moore and her husband, Ken Moore, live in Piper. Rep. Outside of the Legislature, Kathy is the Business Director of University of Kansas Hospital (2005 to Present)
As a Business Director for The University of Kansas Hospital, Rep. Wolfe Moore sees first-hand the number of job openings available in the field of health care. These jobs can be filled with Kansans only if we have a first-class education system.
As a member of the House Appropriations and House Tax Committees, Rep. Wolfe Moore has been a strong advocate of fairly and responsibly funding public education in Kansas to encourage and promote job creation and a stronger economy in the short- and long-term future, both as a state and in Wyandotte County.
